In Andalucía we collaborate directly with the second largest producer of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) in the world as well as a select number of highly specialized regional growers. These relationships provide us with the unique opportunity to obtain consistent high quality EVOO and commit to not package inferior blended olive oils that are often found in the marketplace.
