Khayyan presents its native organic Sea Vegetables from the North Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Galicia, dried using a traditional, safe method of preservation learned from the peoples and cultures that have consumed sea vegetables since these seas were occupied.

Sea Vegetables are highly sustainable, with the typical six to eight month farming and harvesting cycle achieved without fertilizers, toxic pesticides, herbicides or feed and once harvested dried algae remain in perfect condition for many years and are easy to transport and store at room temperature. All Khayyan sea vegetables are dried at a low temperature to preserve the maximum nutritional value and umami found in these delicate vegetables.
